Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of ecolcars.shop and any purchase from Cabora, operated by ECOLUX CARS LTD, 8 Stoneyflatts Park, South Queensferry, EH30 9YL, United Kingdom. By placing an order you accept these terms. They are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Cabora sells unbranded, universal-fit car cabin comfort accessories (seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, shades, organizers and cleaning items) and road-trip travel gear (packing sets, rest kits, luggage locks and organizers). All items are our own white-label range with no third-party logos or artwork.

Optional membership provides service benefits only — member pricing, priority delivery, earlier access and a longer returns window. It is not points, stored value or a withdrawable balance.

To be explicit about our boundaries, Cabora does not:

• sell, rent, lease, finance or broker any vehicle, nor any vehicle insurance or instalment product;
• supply safety-related parts such as seat belts, airbags, brakes or lighting/wiring;
• supply monitoring or privacy-electronic devices such as dash cameras or trackers.

We retail comfort accessories and travel gear only.

All prices are shown in USD and exclude any import duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. An order is accepted when we confirm it and take payment. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable or a price is clearly wrong — and will refund any amount taken.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying you agree to Stripe's handling of your card data; we never receive your full card number. The billing descriptor is CABORA.

Every accessory is a universal size, not an OEM part. You are responsible for confirming the fit for your own car and installing items correctly. Covers, mats and organizers must be kept clear of airbags, pedals, the gear selector, the handbrake and your line of sight. See our Product Safety & Disclaimers for full detail. Ambience vent clips are decorative and make no air-purifying or health claims.

Returns, refunds and cancellation rights are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy, and delivery timings and responsibilities in our Shipping & Delivery policy. These form part of these terms.

Paid memberships renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel any time through the Stripe customer portal linked from your confirmation email; benefits then continue until the end of the current period. Benefits apply within each period and do not roll over. Yearly plans are billed once for twelve months.

You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to resell our range as a licensed or branded product. Your use is also subject to our Acceptable Usepolicy. You must be at least 13 to use the store; customers aged 13–17 need a parent or guardian's consent.

We provide our products with reasonable care and skill and stand behind their quality. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from incorrect fitting, installation or use of a universal-fit accessory contrary to our safety guidance. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here when you order. These terms and any dispute are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of that jurisdiction have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Last updated 13 July 2026.
