Acceptable Use

This policy applies to everyone who uses ecolcars.shop. By using the site you agree to use it lawfully and in line with these rules and our Terms of Service.

You must not:

• use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the admin area, other accounts or our systems;
• probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site, or interfere with its normal operation;
• scrape, harvest or bulk-collect data, or submit spam through our forms;
• upload malware or attempt to disrupt payment, checkout or delivery processes;
• misrepresent your identity or another person's.

Our products are unbranded, white-label items with no third-party logos, licensed characters, sports, media or registered patterns. You must not resell or present them as licensed, branded or manufacturer-approved goods, nor use our images, text or designs without permission. We do not permit “compatible with”, “inspired by”, “replica” or look-alike claims against any brand.

Cabora is a retailer of comfort accessories and travel gear. The site must not be used to request or arrange any vehicle sale, rental, finance, insurance, repair or installation service, or the supply of safety or monitoring parts — we do not offer these.

You must be at least 13 to use the store. Customers aged 13–17 must have a parent or guardian's consent to buy. The store is not directed at children under 13.

We may suspend or refuse access, cancel orders or take further action where this policy is breached. We may report unlawful activity to the authorities. This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Last updated 13 July 2026.
